My name is Igwenagu Chukwudi Louis, an academic staff in Estate Management Department with specialization in Asset Valuation, Property Management/Property Investment Analyst. I am an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS) and a Registered/licenced member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). I holds BSc, MSc and PhD Degree in Estate Management from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka. .
