Dr. Onwumere-idolor , Onyinye Stella

Profile

Dr. Onyinye Stella Onwumere-Idolor is an academic staff in the Department of Animal Science. Faculty of Agriculture Delta State University of Science and Technology Ozoro, Delta State. She is married with kids. She hails from Okpolo-Enhwe, isoko south, Delta State. She holds the following degrees: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Master of Science (MSc) in Veterinary Public Health and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Epidemiology and Veterinary Public Health. In 2019, Dr. Onyinye graduated from the Postgraduate College of Veterinary Surgeons, Nigeria; where he was awarded Fellow of the College in Public Health. His research niches include Epidemiology of zoonotic and infectious diseases, Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) surveillance in zoonotic bacteria/pathogens, One Health, Animal and Food Safety, Preventive Medicine and Veterinary Science. Dr. Onyinye published peer-reviewed scientific articles in reputable international and national journals
