Genetists study the inheritance and genetics improvement of Exotic and Indigenous animals that constitutes 75 % of animal protein in the world. My research is focused on improving indigenous animals that have low genetic materials make up that developed into slow growth rate. Identification of active exotic breeds of animals will help in their crossbreeding to enhance the genetic improvement of indigenous animals.
